I studied in this school from 1996 to 2010. I always recall my past memories of this school. This is really the best school in bareilly. The teachers of the school are very supportive, caring & loving. They taught me all the good lessons which still help me out in my life and will always be. I love my school & all the teachers............

WORST experience with HSJ Bareilly. Bought a diamond ring worth around 50K on Nov 24 2014 whose diamond was found wiggling on Nov 28th. I am shocked at the quality and customer support and service that HSJ provides. I have to wait till my next India trip to really get it corrected. I stay in USA and bought a diamond ring on Nov 24 2014 during Bareilly visit and got it sized from them. While returning back on Nov 28 2014, I found that one of the diamonds is wiggling. When I called HSJ on Nov 29 2014, they told that may be the setting got tampered while sizing the ring. Before handling over the ring to the customer HSJ should have done a proper quality check.. They were very casual about this and told that madam get it corrected from the jeweler in US or get it here during your next trip. REALLY????? They were not even sorry about the mess they created. ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGY. This is ridiculous. I spent around Rs 50,000 just to buy a ring that I can’t even wear. This is for the first time I bought something from HSJ and I am really disappointed with the quality of their product. Tanishq has high making charges but now I feel it justifies based on their quality standards. Now this diamond ring is lying in my locker since I can’t wear it. I strongly recommend Tanishq over HSJ.

I studied in this school from 1963 to 1970 ( the first 6 years in the the then Boys' section at 63 Cantt and final 2 years at the present premises when it was co-ed ) and have hosts of memories going back half a century. The most glorious of course is that of Mrs Calendar who taught us Shakespeare making the Bard come alive as probably nobody else could ! When I recently had occasion to visit Bareilly after so many years ( it was on sunday 23rd Nov ) , I was nostalgic about a visit to campus. However I was turned away by a rude security man at the gate inspite of explaining that I was an old alumni. He did not let me enter and I came away with some outside photographs on my i-pad and a heavy heart ! I would love to network with my contemporaries ( ISC batch of 1970 ) and would also like my anguish to reach the current Principal Sister Victoria at having been not allowed a 'darshan' of this temple of my childhood memories.
